Sharon McIlroy
Sharon McIlroy is the Residential Manager for Kirk House. Sharon is part of the Kirk House family, having worked her way up to managerial positions over a number of years. Her excellent reputation saw her seconded to our Copelands Residential home to assist in the development of core services in that new location. With the appointment of a permanent manager there, Sharon has returned to Kirk House in 2023 to take up the role of Residential Manager- a decision that has been warmly received by residents and staff alike.
Lynne Green
Lynne Green is the Deputy Manager of Kirk House and deputizes for the Residential Manager, as well as having a wide area of responsibility in her own right. Lynne has been a long-serving and valued member of our team and has stepped up in her role as interim Residential Manager in the past.
