Kirk House tells a thirty year story of changed lives and strong connections. Where there has been isolation, our service has worked tirelessly to connect people. Where there has been trepidation, we have sought to instil confidence and optimism for later life. The success of the home has been built on a person-centred approach which is held across the services of Belfast Central Mission.

I would like to extend a warm welcome, as you discover more about our residential offering here at Kirk House- a special place in the life of BCM and our people. I myself have many cherished memories of our community here over many years, and the idea that a place like this can change lives does ring true, even if that change happens late in one’s story. The home embodies our values of person-centred care alongside a sense of purpose and respect for the individual that continues to be a defining feature of Kirk House today.
Our charity’s mission is to support people at their point of need. We do this by providing person centred care that pursues excellence in our methods. With a sense of integrity, we involve our service users and our staff in decisions made. We strive to ensure those we work with have a positive experience of supported residential living.
