Members of the Kirk House team attended the BCM staff conference on Friday 27th September. It's important that our staff feel connected to the wider work of BCM, and members who attended on the day will be passing on information to the wider Kirk House team in coming weeks.
The theme for the day was wellness, and we heard from a range of internal and external speakers. The event was organised by the BCM connections team, which our Residential Manager Sharon is a part of.
